Carelink Plus began long before it became a company. It started with one woman — Rina — whose journey shaped the values that guide us today.
In the late 1990s, Rina left the Philippines and migrated to the United States in search of a better life for her family. Back home, she had been a dedicated schoolteacher, known for her patience, kindness, and steady presence. But like many Filipino immigrants of her time, she embraced a new path when she arrived in America — she became a caregiver.
What began as a career change soon became a calling.
Rina cared for her clients the same way she cared for her own family: with warmth, respect, and unwavering dedication. Her clients loved her deeply, and word quickly spread. Families referred her to neighbors, friends, and loved ones, all of them trusting her with the people who mattered most.
Through her work, she built a reputation not just as a caregiver — but as a trusted companion, someone who brought dignity, comfort, and joy into the homes she served.
Her commitment to care didn’t end with her. It became the foundation of our family’s purpose.
Rina’s firstborn son — Moises — followed in her footsteps, becoming a caregiver himself for many years. Inspired by the values his mother lived by, he founded Carelink Plus in 2011, carrying forward her legacy of compassion, service, and community.
Today, caregiving is not just our profession — it is our family’s identity.
